Let me be utterly upfront: My personal faith in God grounds me.  If we spend time together, that will likely become evident.  I thrive on authenticity so I’d rather share this fact openly.  If you are NOT faith based, or of another faith, that is wonderful.  It is completely irrelevant to the effectiveness of our working together.  Remember, I have taught in secular institutions my entire career and the principles I espouse are true, inside and outside of faith.  If you choose to bring faith into our interactions, I am entirely comfortable with that choice.

My coaching philosophy revolves around the profound impact of effective communication in positively transforming lives. I firmly believe that everything we do is driven by identity and that it is critical to get grounded in an affirming view of oneself.  The ability to communicate clearly and confidently serves as a crucial skill that not only fosters understanding but also strengthens collaboration among individuals.

It is my mission to equip others with the tools to express themselves with clarity and effectiveness, ultimately enriching both their personal and professional relationships.
