I have wrestled with my own demons and know the struggle. I won’t pretend to never be anxious about speaking because, sometimes, I just am. But I am not defined by fear; in fact, I have learned to convert it into energy that fuels a dynamic delivery. I am trained to help.

I have spoken internationally (England, Poland & Italy); I have been a guest on varied social media platforms and have taught online for decades…and I recently gave my own TEDx talk (after being a TEDx coach for years).
